Please note that an email will be sent with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If the old frame is preferred, prescription lenses can be ordered online for it. Send an email to cso@glassesgallery.com with the prescription issued by qualified opticians or eye doctors, brand and model number of the frames (which is normally marked in the inside temple of the frames), and a picture of the frames.

Remember, the 14-day return and exchange period begins upon receipt of the glasses. This date can be verified by the tracking number which is provided in the email sent out after order placement.
